Platinum Equity Agrees to Acquire Italian Equipment Manufacturer Trime

On 27 October, Platinum Equity agreed to acquire Trime from 21 Invest, marking a new private-equity transaction in Italy’s industrial equipment sector. The companies did not disclose the purchase price.
